Olive has always been an alien fruit for us and we Indians always wonder how it can be used in our everyday food.
Which one to use? Green or black? Whole, Sliced stuffed or pitted?
How to store Olive?
I will try to answer some queries mentioned above. Before that let us try to understand why raw olive cannot be eaten? And why they need to be prepared/processed to make them edible.
