Couple of weeks back, I observed that my son was enjoying his potato fries not with his usual tomato ketchup but with some other dip. Out of curiosity I inquired about the dip he was enjoying his French fries with and he just looked at me, smiled and said…Dad why don’t you try it for yourself first? Aha!  it was my Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing which was lying in my refrigerator and my son had found a new way to enjoy his potato fries. My fusion brain got into action and I suddenly realized that Balsamic actually gave a very interesting flavour to otherwise bland potato and the idea of my new fusion recipe – Balsamic vinaigrette, corn and potato cheese balls started to take shape.

The recipe was conceived with a thought to create a spicy, yet tangy fried party or kid’s snack hence olives, corn and cheese became integral part of this recipe.

Balsamic vinaigrette, corn and potato cheese balls can be a great snack idea for your home parties!
