They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity and are a good source of manganese and potassium. Just one serving about eight strawberries provides more vitamin C than an orange.
For my kids, and elders, i thought of quick strawberry Yogurt Smoothie recipe, which will be quickly gulped by younger and seniors in the family.
I have kept the Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie recipe very simple with use of just 3 ingredients, i.e. frozen strawberries, yogurt and sugar.

Ingredients for Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie:
Frozen Strawberries: 200 gm
Yogurt: 500 ml
Sugar: 100 gm
Preparation of Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie:
1. Take out the frozen Strawberries from deep freezer.
2. Add all ingredients i.e. frozen strawberries, yogurt & sugar into blender.
3. Add ice cubes and blend them for 2 minutes.
4. Decorate with strawberries and serve it to your loved ones chilled!
