Nobody likes to eat leftover daal, however its high protein and for all vegetarians lentils are few of the high protein food options. My wife came up with idea and I improvised and came up with this spicy Leftover Daal Chapati recipe.

Most of us including myself are not very enthusiastic with a idea of eating leftovers, even after they are microwaved-daal(lentil) in particular.

However we need to understand that we need to customize the food to make them interesting for everyone including kids and Leftover Daal Chapati recipe is one such recipe. This recipe is inspired by a type of popular Indian flat bread “Missi Roti”, which is made from gram flour & wheat flour mixed in a proportion.
