Mojito mock tails is a great summer drink option. I tried this Blackberry fresh Mint & Lemon Mojito recipe to add more flavours and colours to an otherwise clear mojito drink.

This Blackberry fresh Mint & Lemon Mojito can be a good kitty party or cocktail party drink option.

I like this recipe as during crushing of all ingredients, lemon oil from skin, mint juices and blackberries and a very sharp yet soothing flavour in your mock tail.

Health Benefits of blackberries

  • Much like spinach, raisins, apples, plums and grapes, blackberries are rich in bioflavonoid and Vitamin C, but other nutritional benefits include a very low sodium count and having only 62 calories to a cup.
  • The dark blue colour ensures blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits.
