Banana fruit is one of the fruit available around the year. Most of the kids don’t like to eat bananas compared to other fruits like grapes, kiwi fruits, Oranges, strawberries. So my wife has come out with a very simple solution i.e. Banana Smoothie for my kids.

Most of the kids are very fussy when bananas are overripe and there is some pulpy surface due to impact or over ripening of the fruit.

The solution is very very simple Ice chilled Banana Smoothie recipe for Kids!

Bananas: 2 No.



Milk: 300 ml

Sugar: 50 gm

Ice cubes

Preparation of Banana Smoothie:

1.     Peel of the Banana and cut them into small pieces.

2.     Add all ingredients i.e. banana pieces, milk & sugar into blender.

3.     Add ice cubes and blend them for 2 minutes.

4.     Serve your Banana Smoothie or Banana shake chilled to your loved ones!
