Ingredients Olive chicken & bell pepper wrap recipe:
Tortilla– 4 no’s
Boiled chicken pieces – 250 gm
Yellow Bell pepper (capsicum) – 50 gms
Red Bell pepper (capsicum) – 50 gms
Tomato (deseeded) – 50 gms
Onion (sliced) – 1
Green Olives – 4 no’s
Black Olives – 6 nos
Olive Oil Mayonnaise
Mixed herb seasoning – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Tortilla:
All purpose flour (maida) – 150 gms
Milk – 50 ml
Baking Powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Olive Oil – 25 ml
Preparation of tortilla:
Take 1500 gm all purpose flour (maida), pinch of salt, baking powder, milk, olive oil and mix them well. Add warm water and prepare soft dough. Keep it aside for rest for 15 min.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Make a round flat chapatti/tortilla and place it on flat hot pan till golden brown.
Preparation of Olive chicken & bell pepper wrap:
Heat olive oil in pan, add bell peppers, sliced onions, olives and chicken pieces and toss them on high flame for 3-4 min. Add salt and mixed herbs and your stuffing is ready.
Place the tortilla on wooden slab, spread lettuce, mayonnaise, chicken filling, onion rings, and spring onion and roll up.
Serve it with onion rings, olives and bell pepper slices.
