Smoked Chicken Pizza
Double cheese pizza-smoked chicken, smoked paprika & olive topping
Kids just love pizza and what better than a double cheese pizza with smoked chicken and olive topping.
Smoked Chicken Pizza is very special as I have used smoked paprika cheese for crust filling and smoked chicken breast for topping. The result is authentic wood charcoal flavoured pizza which is very different from an American style pizza.
I prefer to prepare fresh pizza base at home and prepare pizza dough 6-8 hours prior to baking pizza.
I have used homemade pizza sauce than the bottled ones sold in supermarket.

Ingredients for Smoked Chicken Pizza:
Smoked chicken breast – 250 gm
Green Olives (chopped) – 25 gm
Onion (diced) – 25 gm
Smoked Paprika cheese – 50 gms
Mozzarella Cheese (grated)- 250 gm
Preparation of pizza base:
Cut the dough into 4 equal balls.
Take 1 ball and roll it into a 6 inch diameter with thinner outer layer.
Fill the smoked paprika cheese at edges and roll it to cover the cheese.
Use fork to prick the pizza base and allow it to rest for 10 min.
Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius for 10 min.
Put the bases in preheated oven for 7-8 min.
Remove from oven and allow it to cool down, meanwhile adding the 2nd one.
Note: I have half cooked the Pizza base at this stage
Making Smoked Chicken Pizza:
Take 1 pizza base and generously spread the pizza sauce.
Now spread about 75 gm grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Finally add onion, smoked chicken pieces and olives.
Put the pizza into preheated oven at 190 degree celcius.
Let the pizza bake for 15-17 min.
Remove from the oven and cut it into 4 slices using pizza cutter.
Serve them hot with ice cold cola or orange juice.
