Egg has always been a lifesaver when we have less time or tired scrambled egg recipe is always preferred. It’s very quick recipe.

Well since I had time, to make it complete meal and interesting too, I have created a combo of scrambled egg recipe with fresh baked bread. I am sure you will not ask for more and cover your hunger for entire day.

Ingredients for scrambled egg with olives:

Hojiblanca green pimiento stuffed olives – 4-5 pieces
Eggs – 2 nos.
Milk – 2 teaspoon
Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper (fresh ground) – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

 Method to prepare scrambled eggs:

Take out Olives from bottle and drain the brine (salt water)
Break the eggs, add milk and beat it for 1 min.
Heat the pan and add olive oil.
Pour egg and simmer the flame.
Add green olives and mix well
Sprinkle grounded black pepper and salt

Turn off the flame and immediately serve on plate with homemade bread
Serve it with any hot or cold beverage of your choice.



• Since olives are very salty since always preserved in brine(salt water) be careful while putting salt
• You can use a mix of black and green olives to make more colourful scrambled eggs.
• Other version can be created by adding Jalapenos to make them hotter……
